We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to operate in both a strategic and administrative capacity. The role requires someone with the ability to anticipate needs, manage complex tasks, and ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the CEO's office. Additionally, fluency in English and a strong academic background are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Contract & Document Management: Assist in finalizing contracts with clients and partners, handle confidential documents, and ensure timely execution of agreements.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
Communication & Reporting: Draft internal and external communications, create reports, and ensure alignment between the CEO and all key stakeholders.
Job Descriptions & Hiring: Help write job descriptions and coordinate recruitment efforts across departments.
