Senior Associate

We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle Net Suite offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Our Netsuite consultants are exceptional performers, care passionately about their work, and deliver exceptional client value. In particular, you will be expected to be responsible for:
  

• Owning Net Suite implementation and updates
  
• Reporting to a Senior Manager or Manager, you will deliver Net Suite related work to some of the largest organisations in the UK across both the public and private sectors
  
• Pushing the boundaries of what is possible, creating and leading new ideas and concepts through to fruition
  
• Building and maintaining deep and long lasting relationships with client personnel
  

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Net Suite integration, implementation, testing, configuration, customizations and data migration
  
• The ability to maintain Net Suite updates and provide on-going systems and technical support for the Net Suite system
  
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and Net Suite data model
  
• Strong understanding of the Net Suite Financial P2P, O2C and R2R functionality
  
• Is familiar with the Net Suite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs
  
• Capable of creating and reviewing documents as per the Net Suite Implementation Methodology
  
• The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently
  

• Thoroughly professional behaviour and acumen, good team player
  
• Adept in working in the onsite-offshore / nearshore model, supporting projects across the globe from offshore. Conversent in working closely with the client facing onsite team to understand the scope and requirements and create work products timely meeting quality parameters
  
• Willingness to go the extra mile, if required, as per project requirements and circumstances
  
• Deep understanding of how digital technology is changing finance and businesses more broadly over the short, medium and long term
  
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations
  
• Creative, inquisitive and not afraid to challenge the status quo
