Job Description Job Purpose The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of project activities from costing, set-up, execution, data quality to end deliverables. Ensuring that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedule and quality standards. Proactive approach to address potential operational risks with mitigation plan in place to ensure we deliver on all our project commitments and drive high client satisfaction. Commercial understanding and driving high customer service standards are key as this role works in close collaboration with commercial partners and even the end client. Responsibilities
Manage Consumer Insights projects from supporting proposal and costing through setup, fielding, and analysis, to ensure accurate and on time final delivery.
Partner with Client Service, Operations, external Vendors, and other business partners to ensure projects meet agreed time frames, budget, quality, and accuracy.
Find solutions for issues and non-standard requirements and requests.
Driving ultimate project management excellence in the market.
Advising Market leader of any project management’s challenges and proactively driving improvements and solutions in the market.
Identify and mitigate any risks to the project’s success or profitability with full and transparent communications.
Provide practical, hands-on support to the Client Service team to drive excellence in the development and delivery of projects.
Actively seek and raise areas where improvements or productivity gains could be made and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Management of multi-country projects, offline or mixed methodology projects, and/or highly technical/complex projects.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 1+ years Market Research experience, preferably in Operations.
English language skills, both written and verbal, are preferred.
Extensive project management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict time schedules.
Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
