DWT or Ticket Digital Workplace Technologies Expert; is a critical position in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, providing first-line support to end-users, and managing IT incidents and requests efficiently.

What we do as a team
Deliver results and outcomes through hands-on contribution in Agile Teams & ARTs.
Transform DTPS/IT services from a classical task-based delivery model into an agile and self-managed delivery unit leveraging standard frameworks (e.g. SAFe, SCRUM …).
Manage delivery of Vendors’ services and ensuring the compliance of the IT Service Provider(s) to company policies.
Leverage onsite and country presence to deliver excellent Digital Workplace services, specifically for the BU assigned.
Our New Team member needs to
Plan, execute and monitor results specifically for the BU as per position accountability.
Collaborate with specific DTPS/IT BU Director.
Develop team and conduct regular feedback, create development plans and execute performance reviews.
Collaborate in an engaging way with different stakeholders.
Create collaborative environment to build and develop agile thinking and support the agile delivery concept.
You can be successful in this role if you have Hands-on experience in
Service Desk & Onsite Support.
Asset & Configuration Management.
Service Performance Management.
Cloud (Edge Server Management or Country Application Management within Azure Cloud…)
IT Service Management Processes (e.g. IR, SR, CR, Problems), Automation, Knowledge Management & Housekeeping.
