Job Description
Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
Dealing with customer complaints, queries, and requests for information
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff and visitors
Managing cash handling and banking procedures
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee performance
Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
Communicating effectively with staff and upper management
Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained
Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Duty Manager or relevant role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good knowledge of operations management
Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
