Scope: Delivering orders to our customers at home in an accurate, fast, neat, properly chilled, properly packaged and with a friendly hospital treatment Functional Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Maintaining bikes or vans cleanliness and efficiency.
- Delivering orders quickly.
- Maintaining orders proper packaging, neatness and temperature.
- Receiving payment from customers.
- Helping in an in store operation according to business needs.
- Maintaining outside lot area cleanliness and organization.
- Following up on mechanic work.
- Adhering to our cash policy.
- Flyer distribution
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers in a friendly way.
- Handling minor customer complaints and minor requests.
- Building regular customer's through providing high level quality of service.
- Maintaining good personal image as he is representing our company image.
