Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance: The team member responsible for coffee must regularly clean and maintain the equipment used to prepare coffee, such as coffee machines, mini pancake and waffle makers, churro fryers, grinders, and filters (if available).
Customer Care: The team member in the branch must handle customers professionally and courteously, fulfilling their requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
Management and Planning: The team member responsible for coffee must plan daily tasks, manage time and supplies, and work hard to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skill Improvement: The team member in the branch should develop their skills in product preparation, customer interaction, and improve their abilities in sales and communication with colleagues, as well as address any weaknesses in their working personality.
Compliance with Health and Safety Standards: The team member responsible for coffee must adhere to health and safety standards and follow proper procedures to ensure the safety of both customers and the team.
Stock and Raw Material Management: The team member in the branch must effectively manage stock and raw materials, ensuring the availability of necessary items to prepare products in a timely manner.
Working as Part of a Team: The team member in the branch must work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service and achieve the company or café’s goals.
Branch Cleaning: The team member’s role includes regularly cleaning the branch and maintaining cleanliness and organization. They must clean the equipment and tools used in coffee preparation, clean and organize workspaces, and dispose of waste and garbage.
Restroom Cleaning: The team member must clean the restroom regularly and maintain its cleanliness. This includes cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, and ensuring the restroom is stocked with necessary hygiene products, cleaning supplies, soap, and paper towels.
Regular Organization of the Storage Area and Back Room: The team member must organize raw materials, products, and tools used in coffee preparation in an orderly and easily accessible manner. They must also ensure sufficient stock is available to prepare coffee and other meals.

Job Requirements
University degree or diploma.
Preferred experience in retail, hospitality, and/or customer service.
