Job Description
- Accurately receive and process cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Provide correct change to customers.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Handle gift cards and store credit.
Qualifications
