Call Center Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated and flexible Call Center Team Leader to join our dynamic team, overseeing a medical client account.
Must be:
Pay: E£13,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
Must be:
- Completed university degree, with minimum 2 years as a team leader/ MSE.
- Completed military service (for Males)
- Excellent communication skills, excellent written and spoken English.
- Lead and Motivate the Team: Supervise a team of call center agents, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure performance targets
- Handle Calls (70%): Actively handle inbound and outbound calls for the medical client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Performance: Track and assess agent performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs specific to the medical industry.
- Problem Solving: Address escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure all inquiries are handled effectively.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in client requirements or workflow, and assist in meeting fluctuating call volumes.
Pay: E£13,000.00 per month
