Assist the Business Process Excellence Manager with the planning of evaluation activities on different plants and mega DCs’ by risk assessment in executing activities to add value and improve company operations by evaluating governance, risk, control, and different business results.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the plants and Mega DCs’ CCH standards in functions such as quality, food safety, HSE, production, and maintenance standards.
1.Defined Scope:
Prepare the different plants and Mega DCs’ previous findings to be viewed through the main visit.
Review the main checklists for inspection to become more familiar with the KORE standards.
2.Perform testing plans and view internal assessment staff testing results
Ensure that all findings observed through the inspection are related to the main scope of the inspection and detailed described.
Review the testing results of the team and ensure 100 % compliance with the testing plan
Prepare status updates daily during the plants and mega DCs’ assessments for discussion with the Business Process Excellence Manager.
Document issues or notes throughout the fieldwork.
Ensure that all the owners of the related findings are aware of the issues and properly informed.
Ensure not to share any findings or findings outside the BPE Team without getting back to the BPE Manager as all required data are very Confidential.
3.Draft Status meeting memo
Combine all testing results for different functions and associated risks communicate the assessment results and discuss it with the Plants’ / Mega DCs’ Authorities.
Review the compatibility of the Root Cause Category, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions sent by the Plants’ / Mega DCs’ Authorities and review its timely manner.
Set the draft BPE report with observations in full details and send it to the Plants’ and Mega DCs’ management team to define root causes and await the corrective action plan.
Conduct a monthly executive summary to represent the most common issues and the status compared with previous months, putting into consideration the assigned Departments’ KPIs’ results related to each Plant / Mega DC.

Education, Experience and Skills:
1.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any Scientific field or relevant.
2.Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong Quality / Operational experience in FMCG company preferably in (Supply chain or Technical)
Familiar with Share Point and Microsoft Power BI (preferred).
