Business development Manager
Job Requirements:
1.Experience: At least three years of experience in operating voice social products in the Middle East market.
2.Collaboration: Extensive experience in deeply managing various partners, including but not limited to agency leaders, host groups, coin-dealers, and key user groups.
3.Independence: Ability to work independently; proficiency in English and Arabic as working languages, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4.Resources: Preference for candidates with effective resources in similar products and independent, actionable methodologies for business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Management:
1.Independently recruit and manage Agencies .hosts,and coin-dealers .
2.Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
3.Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.
4.Daily Operations: Perform other daily operational tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£19,000.00 - E£29,000.00 per month
