RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be part of the Commercial team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the respective Zone Manager. You will contribute to and execute B2B digital deployment strategies to ensure market share growth and address local market challenges and opportunities within your territory.
More specifically you will:
Plan monthly priorities, strategies, smart investment, and coverage targets and conduct daily market visits.
Ensure maximum utilization for our digital platforms by retailers.
Monitor daily retailers' performance through Power Bi reports.
Gather daily days of inventory through market visits.
Gather retailers selling price through market visits.
Initiate and lead projects to enhance performance in assigned sub-zone.
Analyze retailers digital performance and develop alternative digital adoption strategies.
Maintain solid relations with all stakeholders internally and externally.
Prepare and present quarterly territory reviews, updates, and challenges related to your tasks.
Manage agents on ground to gather consumer insights.
Deploy new product/activity launch.
