Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Ensure efficient and effective accounting operations.
• Provide support and solutions to both business areas and the Finance team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers.
• Process transactions, including invoices and credit notes.
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Timely and accurate posting of invoices to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare payments for vendors.
• Perform month-end accounting activities and reporting.
• Analyze vendor accounts, resolve negative balances, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Meet defined KPIs for accounting performance.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Provide support and solutions to clients.
• Participate in process improvement and optimization projects.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and special tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in PC skills, including Excel basics. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Education in Accounting, Banking, or Finance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
