Customer Service Supervisor (Night Shift 2 PM - 11 PM)

We are thrilled to announce Windshield HUB's expansion to the vibrant city of Cuenca, Ecuador. Our state-of-the-art office is in the esteemed Cardeca Business Center in Turi, boasting panoramic views of the enchanting Cuenca skyline.
Reports To: Office Manager and General Managers
Team Size: 5 to 10 employees, may vary
Performance Indicators: Performance will be measured against specific responsibilities.
Current Team Size: The supervisor will manage a team of 5-10 employees in coordination with the Office Manager.
Company Benefits: All benefits as per Ecuadorian law.
Contract Type: Indefinite contract with a three-month probation period.
Working Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day with a one-hour lunch break. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary, Commissions, and Overtime: Monthly salary includes legal benefits and potential overtime. Two options: $500 + commission or fixed salary of $600 - $800 per month.
