Scope: Full-time | Office: Quito| On site
How a day to day would look like in this role:
- Proactively supervise systems and services to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Use monitoring tools to supervise system performance, availability, and security.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any incidents or outage.
What we need to see from you:
Profile: Technical or technological education in systems or related fields. With approximately one (1) year of experience and knowledge working as an operations and monitoring analyst for on-premises platforms and Office365 services. This role requires full-time dedication to ensure the performance, security, and availability of critical IT services.

Required skills:Knowledge of supervising tools, ITSM, and SLA resolution.
Important availability for 24/7 on-site support.
