Job Description Summary
This key role will support to develop, coordinate and manage execution of the Ultrasound Marketing strategy across the entire Nordic & Netherland LCT. This person will maintain a deep understanding of the market opportunities, partners and players and will drive key awareness & promotion activities, which will help accelerate market development and funnel creation across the different customer segments in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Sweden, Norway and Netherlands.
The Marketing Manager Ultrasound Nordics & Netherlands will interact frequently with a variety of sales, marketing service and upstream functions inside and outside Ultrasound (at Country, Region and International level), and will act both as a resource and as a coordinator for multiple sales and marketing initiatives/activities, in the digital and non-digital space. Education development will be an essential part of the marketing activities.
To successfully drive these critical sales and marketing initiatives, traveling across Nordics and Europe will be required.

Job Description
Responsibilities

Assessment of market size/potential and Business Development for new markets, new channels and new solutions (bundling of existing as well as creation of new enhanced services beyond equipment)

Drive & lead omnichannel waves and project management.

In correspondence with the management team, define and support alternative distribution channels (indirect sales as well as e Commerce and other digital solutions)

In correspondence with the management team, define, drive, support and execute go-to market strategies enabling further business growth across countries & segments

Levering on strategical partnership

Manage Key Opinion Leaders and official authorities in the healthcare space

Overall marketing budget responsibility including budget planning and execution

Develop and implement Marketing campaigns to create leads working closely with commercial teams

Continuously work on actions and processes to improve the amount and quality of leads

Work with Regional and International teams to formulate and cascade targeted value propositions by customer type/segment, adapted by country as needed, and in synch with the different U/S Segments and channels involved. Define the Customer journey.

Support and drive launch activities of new products and product releases.

Monitor trends in social media and other digital tools and drive digital activities.

Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues where appropriate.

Qualifications

Preferred Masters degree in marketing, business school, engineering or related field (not mandatory).

Preferred (not mandatory) experience in healthcare industry

Preferred (not mandatory) experience in B2B Marketing

Preferred (not mandatory) experience working in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams.

Demonstrated Business Development and Marketing expertise in product commercialization, market insights capture and demand generation.

Preferred (not mandatory) solid knowledge on digital marketing: campaign management, search, social, content development and analytics.

Good understanding in marketing automation tools, Sales Force, Adobe creative suite or similar.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
