We are now looking for our new Team Lead for our Digital Banking Business Controls & Product Management (BC&PM) team. Our team is a part of the Business Customers area. We work together to enabling Digital Banking and its tribes to manage risks according to Danske Bank standards.

About the role As your new Team Lead of Digital Banking BC&PM, you will head our talented group of risk partners working together across the digital banking landscape. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and guiding team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment. A part of your role will also involve efficiently allocating resources across various projects to maximize efficiency and impact. Other key responsibilities:
Drive the development of risk partners, ensuring the implementation of the most recent methodologies across the team
Manage all HR responsibilities for the team, including recruitment, development, and performance management
Promote collaboration and alignment with other risk partner teams within the organization.
Guarantee that all deliverables and documentation meet the highest quality standards
Monitor the workload for the entire team in close collaboration with the Leader of Digital Banking BC&PM to ensure optimal team performance and health
The ideal candidate To thrive in this role, you possess a strong leadership mindset with the capability to mentor and develop team members. You are at your best when innovating and know how to effectively respond to challenges. We hope you have:
Excellent understanding and 5+ years of experience of non-financial risk management, governance and compliance
Great communication skills - fluent in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language being beneficial.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
