You will serve as a Project Manager within our Regulatory Projects team, where you’ll manage multiple aspects of your own projects and programs. Key responsibilities include:

The role
You will serve as a Project Manager within our Regulatory Projects team, where you’ll manage multiple aspects of your own projects and programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery including planning, tracking progress, and execution.
- Reporting on project status and managing potential risks and their solutions.
- Collaborating with other project managers and the rest of the team to ensure effective program execution and to handle any arising issues or risks.
- Establishing governance frameworks to manage risks and dependencies and ensuring a smooth transition to regular business operations at the end of the project.
To succeed as a senior project manager, it is essential that you possess most of the following:
- A proven experience in consultancy or project management roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A structured approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality results on time.
- A strong personal drive, ability to work independently and can take charge of driving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in technology implementation in Financial Services/ Banking is preferred.
