The Global Sustainability team is anchored in Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability in our global HQ. We are responsible for driving our sustainability work forward in close collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders across the company. Sustainability is high on our agenda, and we are investing up to DKK 250 million during the Strive25 strategy period to realise our sustainability ambitions.

Help capture the commercial value of our sustainability work and drive internal engagement
As Sustainability Manager, Engagement & Communication you will be responsible for driving Coloplast’s corporate sustainability communication both internally and externally. You will be developing communication assets for our corporate So Me channels and website and supporting our commercial colleagues communicating about sustainability. You will also help drive internal engagement and strengthen internal knowledge of our sustainability agenda.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop external corporate sustainability communication, marketing and PR assets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Support the definition of claims and business unit specific marketing and communication assets in close collaboration with the Sustainability Product Impact team and commercial teams
Provide support to Coloplast’s commercial and communication departments in the form of guidance, expertise and assets to ensure the quality, value and strategic alignment of sustainability communication
Develop global internal campaigns, activities and assets to improve employee engagement and knowledge about sustainability
Support the global engagement strategy and asset development for health and safety
Maintain and develop competitor sustainability communication benchmarking
As an ideal candidate, you have:
A master’s degree within sustainability management, communication or marketing
2+ years of experience working with marketing and communication, preferably with a sustainability background
Strong communicator with excellent writing skills in English
Project management experience, preferably within marketing or campaign projects in an international environment
Strong ability to build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders
Global mindset with the ability to inspire action across Coloplast sites
