About the ARTEMIS Project : The ARTEMIS project, part of the Interreg Germany-Denmark program, focuses on innovative solutions and cross-border cooperation. The project aims to enhance regional development through collaborative efforts in technology, evaluation, and education. ARTEMIS brings together academic institutions, industry partners, and governmental bodies to address common challenges and leverage shared opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities:
Employment shall take place in accordance with the framework agreement between the Ministry of Finance and SUL (National Union for Student Teachers in Government Service).
Application must include cover letter, CV and transcript of grades. All documents in connection with the application should not contain CPR number (civil registration number) – in that case, the CPR number must be crossed out.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement of materials necessary for project activities.
- Data Handling: Manage and analyze data using SPSS and Nvivo to support evaluation and project s.
- Gatekeeping for Initiatives: Select and screen university lectures and courses relevant to project initiatives.
- Evaluation Support: Assist with documentation, formulation of s for publications, and create graphics and diagrams for evaluation outputs.
- Event Assistance: Help organize and manage events such as conferences, workshops, and receptions, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Online Survey/Questionnaire Preparation: Develop and prepare online surveys and questionnaires to gather data and feedback for the project.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the project team.
- Currently enrolled as a student at SDU.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Nvivo and data handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in project management and evaluation.
Please note, the selected candidate as Student Assistant or Academic Supervisor must be enrolled as student at SDU.
