Sr. Program Manager, Deep Fandom (Temporary Contract)

Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core responsibilities
Provide leadership and program management for Deep Fandom initiatives, including LEGO Ideas, LEGO Ambassador Program, Fan Creator Program, and others.
Ensure alignment of program activities with business needs and maintain an up-to-date overview of risks, issues, and opportunities.
Oversee program foundations, including legal compliance and budget management.
Manage digital tools used within Deep Fandom programs, ensuring compliance and supporting future developments.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics on setting KPIs and track program performance.
Facilitate workshops, process improvements, and the establishment of efficient ways of working across teams.
Support Initiative Leads in delivering Deep Fandom initiatives effectively through program management and tooling.
Champion process optimization and partner engagement, including advocating for the needs of AFOL (Adult Fans of LEGO) communities.
Manage ad-hoc projects and drive continuous improvements within Deep Fandom programs.

The vision of the Grown-Ups’ Engagement team in Digital Consumer Engagement team is to grow fandom through building direct and lasting relationships with deep fans!
As Sr. Program Manager, you are accountable for delivering on the associated Deep Fandom Audience strategy and realizing the associated benefits. This involves leading delivery of necessary improvements, managing associated risks, and evolving the programs to increase value creation for all partners.
Do you have what it takes?
3-5 years of experience in project/program management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams informally.
Experience managing digital initiatives is a plus.
Demonstrated success in defining clear focus, objectives, and priorities aligned with strategic goals.
Strong ability to establish collaborative work patterns that promote innovation and ensure the timely delivery of results.
Proven track record of measuring and communicating improvement results to key partners.
Skilled in identifying and incorporating additional expertise as needed to optimize project outcomes.
Experience in effectively engaging stakeholders to ensure successful integration of changes into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
