What the job is …
With the aviation market growing at a fast pace, Satair needs a new Sales & Support Manager to manage and further develop the business within the European market.
You will be responsible for ensuring a continued profitable growth of customers within the Airline, Maintenance and Repair & Overhaul segments by sustaining long-term relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will drive the sales, develop account strategies and adjust them based on market developments, as well as design and execute sales campaigns in cooperation with other internal stakeholders.
You will be part of a team of high-performing and multinational Sales & Support Managers, with a strong culture of knowledge sharing, open communication and mutual support.
In the role, you will also enjoy a broad internal and external network, including counterparts from a range of vendors and Airbus entities.
You will be expected to travel for the job.
How you will contribute to the team
You possess an educational background within Business and/or Engineering combined with a minimum of five years of experience in a technically oriented organization.
You hold a proven track record in account management, stakeholder engagement and business development. Your commercial mind-set will ensure the best possible service to Satair’s clients.
You have excellent communication, listening and analytical skills. You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and are solution oriented. You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You take full ownership of your portfolio. You are a robust individual, proactive and autonomous, who thrive in a multicultural team environment.
On a personal level, you are an energetic and curious person, with an interest in learning new things.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. French, German, Spanish, and other languages are highly desirable.
