A versatile and challenging job
As a Sales Coordinator at SELECTED NOOS, you are responsible for a range of tasks and activities that go into generating sales. This includes placing and following up on orders, updating systems, communicating sales information, preparing collections, reviewing marketing material – and much more. More specifically, you will focus on:
Providing administrative support to our sales responsible and sales department
Updating and following up on sales lists and order processing
Preparing collections
Creating and updating catalogues and other sales and marketing material
Communicating sales information
Daily contact with Sales, Marketing and Buying among others.

Qualifications
Experience working with sales and administration
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Fluent in English in writing and speech
Well-organised, service minded and solid numeracy.
