Job Description CUBIC Modular System (CUBIC) is a leading manufacturer of modular solutions in low-voltage switchboards for use in the electrification and automation sectors. Cubic's headquarters are in Broenderslev (Denmark) with five production facilities located in Denmark, Poland, China, and India.
In the EMEA payroll team, we are responsible for the salaries of our colleagues from 40 countries in EMEA. We serve approximately 6,000 employees in, among others, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Sweden, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and the Middle East countries. The primary mission of our department is to ensure that all employees of the EMEA Rockwell and Cubic region receive correct remuneration in accordance with applicable legal regulations and company policy.
We are looking for people whose career path is related to HR and Payroll, who will be responsible for the daily support of our Cubic and Rockwell. Our team includes committed and passionate people who are responsible for EMEA countries (some of them in the country's native language), specialize in project management, implementing improvements in the team work with EXCEL.
Your Responsibilities:
Collect, maintain, and consolidate payroll data with punctuality. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all records.
Communicate with external payroll vendors to deliver and control payroll data. Ensure outputs meet company standards. Work with external payroll vendors to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services to employees.
Perform and oversee payroll services, guaranteeing, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
Prepare and verify necessary documentation, declarations, and reports for multiple authorities and institutions.
Address and resolve internal clients' inquiries regarding payroll matters efficiently.
Verify and control the correctness of payroll data and calculations, implementing changes when needed.
Keep track of deadlines and maintain payroll processes following work regulations, labor law, internal audit process and procedures.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regional processes.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Master's degree in finance or related field.
Previous payroll experience minimum 2 years experience, with shared services experience as a bonus.
In-depth knowledge of Danish labor laws, taxes , regulations including knowledge within the "Industrial agreement" (Industriens overenskomst).
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge Danish and English, both written and spoken.
