The job
Here’s what the job entails
You will gather information on various types of risk and present an enterprise-wide picture of the most significant risks. You will be responsible for creating a thorough understanding of risk for our trading teams and ensuring the necessary actions are defined and implemented by the relevant risk owners. Concretely, your responsibilities include:
developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management framework based on market standards and accepted industry practices
raising awareness of operational risk and risk management within the organisation and taking a leading role in promoting a risk-based approach to business development
reporting on operational risks in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
building great relationships between risk management and risk owners throughout the organisation

You will join a dynamic Risk Management unit within the leadership team. We make the most of our diverse backgrounds and are united by a drive to constantly improve and adapt to changes in the business and the markets we operate in. Risk Management works across the entire value chain and has interfaces with the majority of DC’s units in making informed decisions that balance risks and rewards for the business.
You will play a key role in strengthening the organisation by combining risk management with strategic decision-making and using your thorough understanding of the entire business.

have a relevant educational background, for example in Economics, Finance or a technical field
have at least five years of experience, preferably in a similar role
are proficient in English – both written and verbal
