Here’s what the job entails
You will gather information on various types of risk and present an enterprise-wide picture of the most significant risks. You will be responsible for creating a thorough understanding of risk for our trading teams and ensuring the necessary actions are defined and implemented by the relevant risk owners.

- developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management framework based on market standards and accepted industry practices
- raising awareness of operational risk and risk management within the organisation and taking a leading role in promoting a risk-based approach to business development
- reporting on operational risks in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- building great relationships between risk management and risk owners throughout the organisation

Risk Management works across the entire value chain and has interfaces with the majority of DC’s units in making informed decisions that balance risks and rewards for the business.

- have at least five years of experience, preferably in a similar role
