In our Operational Excellence Team, we support the whole Enterprise organization and external channels in retail and telesales, to perform at their best, in delivering amazing customer experience.
We are a team of seven colleagues, each with different roles and responsibilities, to collectively execute in operational excellence in a close collaboration.
We apply standard process optimization in the frontline and backoffice operations, where we, together with our colleagues in the organization, develop and design processes and procedures, to ensure operational efficiency, quality, compliance and not least the customer experience.

You will be the one to help removing pain points and making every day simpler for our colleagues. You will be working towards simplifying tasks, create a full landscape of processes, with anchored ownership and an ambassador in ensuring continued improvements.
Develop processes for business units
Collaborate with IT and digital units, providing documentation of business processes
Responsible for the structure and utilization of processes
Create and maintain simple and structured SOP descriptions
Ensure quality of work within well described and simple processes and procedures, to reduce the number of errors, and assist colleagues to perform complex tasks quickly and effectively
Define KPIs to measure performance in processes (not setting targets)
Documenting RPA solutions in business processes
Facilitate workshops to improve processes and remove barriers
Who are you | what have you tried | curious
People who know you, would say you are curious, structured, and communicative. You put yourself in the shoes of the customer to understand needs, and how your activities impact them and the business. You conceptualize ideas and convey them in an understandable way. Furthermore, you enjoy involving and aligning with stakeholders. What else:
Good understanding how systems, AI and digital tools can assist optimize processes
Analyzes situations to identify illogical solutions and inconsistencies
Have experience within process management and process excellence
Worked with digitalization potential and prepared processes for digitalization
Diagram and flowchart tools - preferable Visio
Can communicate in Danish or English in writing and speaking
