What will you do?
Solving requests from your colleagues about system access, network, hardware, and much more
On-site support of end-users and office hardware such as video conference equipment, workstation hardware, monitors, network connections, printers, etc.
Ensuring procurement of necessary hardware and software
Preparing new equipment during the onboarding of new employees and refurbishment of existing/used equipment
Participate in key Company IT projects
Define guidelines and how-tos for all the amazing Lunar employees
Being available and visible in the office space, being proactive, and helping out your colleagues across all walks of Lunar
What do you bring to the table?
You have a structured approach to problem-solving and know how to follow a process (and dare to improve it). You are great at troubleshooting and you will stop at nothing to get the job done and make sure your colleagues are able to perform their day-to-day tasks.
You value the freedom to work independently and make informed decisions about how to solve a problem in the best way possible. You take pride in meeting your deadlines and making your end users feel welcome and valued. You respect that different people have different levels of technical understanding, and you know how to adjust your communication accordingly. You are about to be or are currently enrolled in a higher education, preferably related to IT
You have experience with supporting customers or end-users in a support or service job
You have an above-average technical understanding and love to troubleshoot when someone is having an issue with a system or device
You enjoy working independently and are proactive when it comes to seeking knowledge
You understand that there are no stupid questions and would rather ask the same question twice rather than risk compromising the end user
You’re not afraid of making mistakes (we don’t make mistakes on purpose, but when we do, it’s an opportunity to learn and improve)
You speak and write fluent English (we speak a ton of languages, but English is the company language)
You have experience/knowledge using and/or troubleshooting:
Mac OS and Windows environments (we are mainly Mac OS-based)
Google Workspace
Networking and Wifi
Cloud and/or Saa S applications
Slack
You feel comfortable in a high-paced and rapidly changing environment
