Air Liquide is looking for a Customer Management Team (CMT) Manager in Horsens .
As CMT Manager in our Danish team, you will manage a motivated and skilled team who always go the extra mile for the customer. Our team is the single point of contact for all incoming customer requests and its partners; additionally, the team collaborates and works closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Stock & Transport, Production etc.
The most important tasks are:

Staff management & leadership
-
Training and coordination of CMT employees
-
Active Cycle-reporting
-
Coordinating CMT interests with that of other departments
-
C-IMP and project work
Being CMT Manager, means supporting and motivating the team in order to ensure the highest level of customer service satisfaction, order intake, regulatory compliance and internal coordination between departments. You will be responsible for their training and development, coordinate and review the performance of their work as well as recruiting new team members when needed.

Professional requirements:

Experience with leading teams is beneficial, but not required, excellent communication skills is a must

Fluent in English. Understanding of a Nordic language is a plus

Good computer skills required, basic software/hardware knowledge is good to have

Experience from customer service or order intake
