Shape the Future of Marine Fuel Trading

You'll be joining a diverse and talented team split between Middelfart and Athens, consisting of 14 people: 7 .NET Developers, 1 Architect, 1 Product Owner, 2 Business Analysts, 1 Scrum Master and 2 CRM Consultants.
We pride ourselves on being probably the largest CRM project outside of Microsoft, maintaining a Trading Platform that supports our colleagues in their bunker trading activities. Our team works with Scrum methodology and Azure Dev Ops, with established build pipelines in place.
As a Developer for our MS CRM-based Trading Platform, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the systems that drive our business. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide top-tier services to the global shipping industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining applications in C# .NET
• Working with technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Type Script, XSLT, TSQL, Azure resources, and .NET
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful development and implementation of solutions
• Participating in Scrum meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our work methods

We're looking for younger developers who may not necessarily have experience with Microsoft CRM but are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant education in IT and Development
• Experience with or exposure to C# during education or career
• A desire to work closely with the business and our CRM solution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development
