We advise listed groups, state-owned companies and small and large-sized enterprises in a range of industries and across national borders.

In addition to providing ongoing corporate law advice, we also provide advice on M&A, restructurings, projects and legal proceedings etc in close cooperation with Plesner's other practice areas.
