AIRSCREAM 313 CZ s.r.o is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage warehouse, receipt and shipping of products in our facility based in Czech Republic. This role requires an individual who can ensure careful management of expedition, logistics and storage.
Job Description:
Warehouse management:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily operations of the warehouse.
Control correct registration of goods at warehouse locations - receipt, issue.
Checking for expired merchandise.
Maintaining order in the warehouse.
Inspection and maintenance of handling equipment.
Checking and replenishing the stock of packaging material.
Stock-taking of goods and consumables.
Recording non-conforming goods, customer and consumer complaints.
Control and maintain work safety procedures.
Manage and train warehouse personnel.

Shipping Management:

Ensuring proper picking and packing of shipments.
Preparation of documents for dispatch.
Ensuring the correct labeling of the shipment, relevant documents for the shipment.
Documents for carriers.
Registration and tracking of shipments (until delivery).
Records of possible complaints about shipments.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety in the assigned section.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety drills.
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is up to standard.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, factory, or shipping operations.
Knowledge of some warehouse management and shipping software and tools.
Fluent in Czech; proficiency in English.
Basic knowledge of Czech Republic’s industry regulations, safety standards, and shipping protocols.
Candidate MUST be attentive, team worker, reliable, friendly and responsible.
The position will also require physical warehouse work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00Kč - 50,000.00Kč per month
