Core Responsibilities In this role, you will run E2E Recruitment process in the production area for our Kladno site (running kick off meetings with hiring leaders, setting the whole recruitment strategy for the specific roles, preparing jobs ads, screening incoming CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews with internal and external candidates, facilitating debriefs with all members of the interview panel, providing feedback to candidates, coordinating offers etc.).
More over, you will:
Lead employer branding initiatives targeting our production (hourly) workforce, with a special focus on highly skilled roles in Maintenance. This includes building partnerships with local schools, representing the LEGO Production brand at job fairs, and building/coordinating paid media campaigns aimed at specific target groups in collaboration with our global Employer Branding specialists.
Drive or participate in projects focused on improving our processes connected to running value adding recruitment processes.
Collaborate with colleagues from other locations on various activities connected to recruitment & factory employer brand presence.
Work with various tools and systems such as Work Day, Linked In

Do you have what it takes?
Person who enjoys working with PEOPLE is a key requirement
Previous experience in recruitment or other HR areas
Analytic and data driven approach combined with strong communication skills
Self-starter personality with can-do-attitude and collaborative and result orientated mentality
Happy to take ownership of tasks and uses curiosity and personal drive to achieve goals
Passion for continuous learning
Proficient English and Czech language skills
What would be a plus:
Experience from the employer branding field and media platforms
Experience with programs such as Canva, In Design, Trello
