Security Support Officer
What will you do?
Are you interested in working in the intersection of Security and IT Operations? And do you want to make a real impact on our digital infrastructure?
You will be joining our Chief Information Security Officer and become his “right hand” in handling security operations.
We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, however, you need to be prepared to meet new areas, help to execute, and support across departments with legal and compliance in different areas.
The position is remote, but ideally, you are located in the Czech Republic.
Your responsibilities

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, however, you need to be prepared to meet new areas, help to execute, and support across departments with legal and compliance in different areas.

Your responsibilities

Maintain Non-disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and Terms and Conditions and inform customers of the latest updates -
Identify or implement solutions to information security problems
-
Provide technical support to computer users for installation and use of security products.

Help with:
-
monitoring policies and controls related to ISO 27001, SOC 2 across global organisation
-
handling security incidents and personal data breaches
-
development of information security standards and best practices
-
development of plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure
-
reviewing security assessments for computing environments or checking for compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations
-
handling requests related to legal and compliance matters
-
-
Scan networks, using vulnerability assessment tools to identify vulnerabilities.

Troubleshoot security and network problems.

Write reports regarding investigations of information security breaches or network evaluations.
What do you bring in?

A natural interest in technology and compliance matters and readiness for hands-on tasks
-
Great communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Courage to work with unknown and – at times – complex areas
-
A proactive mindset and great planning, prioritizing, and execution capabilities
-
Relevant education in the field or about 3 years of hands-on experience
-
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking.
