What you'll do
As an IT Solution Owner for our EMEA team, you will be responsible for the End-to-End technical basis operations of SAP internal solutions + System landscapes as well as the integration with Saa S & Paa S solutions during the whole SAP system lifecycle. In close collaboration with SAP's internal stakeholder teams your tasks include:
Optional: Development of scripts to solve and prevent problems on OS level; Work with SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP)

What you'll do
As an IT Solution Owner for our EMEA team, you will be responsible for the End-to-End technical basis operations of SAP internal solutions + System landscapes as well as the integration with Saa S & Paa S solutions during the whole SAP system lifecycle. In close collaboration with SAP's internal stakeholder teams your tasks include:
- Delivery of SAP Netweaver ABAP, J2EE and/ or 3rd Party based solutions by providing technical expertise and support
- Planning, setup, installation, configuration and Basis Administration of SAP technologies
- Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for your SAP system landscapes
- Collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside your area (interface between SAP Application & Infrastructure units)
- Roll out of gained basis technology Know-How to team members
- Work in a Agile meeting structure setup using the Jira & Kanban Methodology
- Drive Incident Resolution and Root Cause Analysis during System Outages
- Collaboration with your international team members in APJ and Americas in global projects
Optional: Development of scripts to solve and prevent problems on OS level; Work with SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP)
What you bring:
Work Experience:
- At least 2-6 years experience as Technical SAP Net Weaver Basis Consultant (ABAP and/ or Java basis administration)
- SAP Netweaver Basis Consultant Certification is benefical
- Working knowledge in at least one database platform (ideally HANA or ASE) on Linux
- Strong Working knowledge on Linux OS platform mandatory (Windows beneficial)
- Experience with Cloud virtualization technologies, e.g. usage of Hyperscalers like MS Azure
- Background in ABAP and/ or J2EE Log File Analysis - Experience with Cluster Technologies like SUSE Pacemaker or MSCS
- Project Member/ Lead experience in an international environment for SAP Basis project
