We are looking for a motivated Digital Department Trainee to join our team in the RX pharmaceutical sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing digital initiatives. The trainee will support the digital team in driving innovative campaigns, content creation, and enhancing our digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, messengers, professional channels).
Support the creation and curation of engaging content for websites and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze digital andsocial media performance, providing reports and insights on campaign results.
Collaborate with the team to help create content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Help maintain the company's digital assets, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support digital transformation initiatives within the company.
Why you? Basic Qualifications:
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies (metrics, trends, UX design, Customer Experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of marketing tools like Adobe Analytics,Figma, or content management systems is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter) and campaign management.
Strong interest in content creation, including writing, design, or video production.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Currently pursuing degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Fluency in Czech and English
