Controls Software Integrator
Job Requirements
Understand business requirements and help develop integration and end-to-end test cases related to controls software for PLCs, sensors and related networking systems.
- Deploy/configure/troubleshoot controls software for material handling systems including PLC/PC controllers - Siemens/Allen Bradley/Beckhoff.
- Control logic configuration and testing - SCADA functions (alarms, events), HMI screen testing and validation with mechanical systems and enterprise software.
Work Experience
8+ Years of exp. with Electrical engineering
Experience in PLC design, integartion and testing
Understand business requirements and help develop integration and end-to-end test cases related to controls software for PLCs, sensors and related networking systems.
- Deploy/configure/troubleshoot controls software for material handling systems including PLC/PC controllers - Siemens/Allen Bradley/Beckhoff.
- Control logic configuration and testing - SCADA functions (alarms, events), HMI screen testing and validation with mechanical systems and enterprise software.
- Under the guidance of Integration Test Lead and Integration Test Manager, validate controls systems through integration and end-to-end tests.
- Help develop system documentation for user-training and workflow SOPs.
- Monitor equipment metrics and performance in collaboration with controls technicians.
