Role description:
- Responsibility for improving the business ecosystem and contact with tenants
- Identification of needs of CTP residents and pro-active approach to their demands
- Building a strong relationships with residents, external organizations (like cities, universities, schools, neighbours and or other stakeholders), and colleagues
- Communication with residents – physical, digital, formal and informal
- Initiation of a wide range of activities to build a strong and sought-after community
- Close cooperation with CTP colleagues from various departments
- The Community Manager will be based in Bor u Tachova and Pilsen
Who are we looking for:
- Entepreneurial, self-disciplined and motivated Parkmaker, experienced in community management or similar area
- Event organizer with positive and sociable approach and great presentational and communicational skills
- Creative ad flexible multi-tasker
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Experience with programs such as Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite
