Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
Liaise between various business departments and groups, eg between users/ customers and data owners.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
Co-create data governance model across Div. B operations to ensure consistent data quality.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.

Business Analyst Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
Understanding of complex data environments and ability to derive creative solutions to problems.
Expertise in mapping and automating processes and creating reports using systems like Power Apps/ Power BI / Tabular (mandatory).
Expertise with Python, Pandas or Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (desired).
