What You’ll Do Here
- Issuing invoices and credit notes to clients in the accounting system Net Suite.
- Daily work in CRM system Salesforce, preparing of the orders data for transfer to the accounting system
- E-mail communication with customers related to the billing process
- Administration of additional documents (orders, vendor forms, tax certificates)
- Cooperation with internal teams – Collection, AP, Sales Ops, Sales, Contracts
What You’ll Bring to Us
- High school or university degree in Economy/Finance
- Advanced English (at least B1-B2) and fluent Czech language – daily communication
- Strong IT skills – MS Office
- High work commitment, flexibility, reliability
- Work experience not required, but can be advantage
