Maintain and develop our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
Implement customizations and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and automation-related technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Stay current with the latest CRM and automation technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in CRM maintenance and development (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong background in systems, software, and application development.
Expertise in systems automation principles and implementation.
Experience with database management and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
