We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Manager to join our growing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of software testing for our pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Gx P regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software applications used in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Lead and manage a team of software testers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Design and execute test cases to ensure software functionality, performance, security, and compliance with Gx P requirements.
Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and track their resolution through to closure.
Maintain and update test automation frameworks and tools.
Participate in risk assessments and identify potential testing gaps.
Prepare and maintain testing documentation in accordance with Gx P guidelines.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely bug fixes and address testing concerns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and Gx P regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software testing process.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Advanced English skills: writing, reading and speaking
Proven experience leading and managing a team of testers.
Knowledge of Gx P regulations and their application to software testing.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC methodologies.
Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
