What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.
Qualifications
Secondary Studies Completed. University studies initiated
Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred: One year Quality Assurance experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks
Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility
Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues
May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments
Adheres to all quality guidelines
Works with limited supervision
Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisor
May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
