A Service & Interaction Design Senior Analyst presents and delivers user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design driven solutions, and customer journeys, to effectively communicates expected behavior, user experience, and ideation. This role is expected to coach new talent in matters of design quality, and client communications. A Service & Interaction Design Senior Analyst should be able to support leadership in multiple projects. Is expected to contribute in thecoordination and execution of design projects, managing stakeholder relationships and fostering collaborating amongst designers.
Key Responsibilities
Articulating, in written and verbal form: needs, expectations, challenges and solutions in an engaging matter, fostering trusting relationships with stakeholders and peers.
Assuming responsibility for their own design work and junior teammates outputs throughout the full project lifecycle.
Plan and run usability studies, being moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely.
Intaking and synthesizing information through user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes, and other intermediate deliverables.
Coach and support project team across disciplines: research, content, motion, visual, project management, technology.

Job Qualifications
+4 years of relevant experience in User Experience and User Interaction/Interface (supporting, design, UI, etc) digital products
It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from around the globe.
Problem solving skills and methodologies as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Agile, problem framing and solution, information gathering among others.
Background on Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Business Design, Service Design, Product Design, User Research or similar.
Strong knowledge in wireframing and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: Power Point, Word and Excel.
Experience in digital solutions, accessibility, digital design trends, and working with interdisciplinary teams such as development or implementation teams.
Experience designing for mobile platforms (i OS guidelines, Material Design and Responsive Web Design).
Knowledge or interest in the use of in any of these areas: Behavioral Science, Designing for Cloud, Design Research, Sustainability, Spatial Design, Product Design.
