Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and coordinating incidents in a fast-paced environment, using various systems to handle requests by phone, email, or radio. Additionally, address security issues, ensuring the safety and well-being of members, guests, and employees on and off the property, while always maintaining professionalism and courtesy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and respond to routine and emergency calls.
- Monitor cameras and equipment such as alarms.
- Maintain communication and event logs.
- Dispatch security or emergency personnel as needed.
- Escalate information about unusual/critical events to supervisory staff and others.
- Prevent unauthorized access through surveillance.
- Coordinate with security partners and external parties during emergencies and events.
- Maintain a safe environment by identifying, addressing, and mitigating risks.
- Gather and manage information about community events.
- Enforce the club's health and safety policies.
- Comply with operational standards and local and federal regulations.
- Resolve issues with available resources.
- Properly document incidents and escalate to management as necessary.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND/OR REQUIRED ABILITIES:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a SOC operator or dispatcher (bilingual English/Spanish).
- Preferably certified in First Aid.
- Communicate clearly and accurately over radio and phone.
- Remain calm and professional during all security incidents.
- Preferably hold a valid driver's license (manual car).
