Security Administrator

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring of all operations & infrastructure
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Reporting and documenting security incidents and responses
Monitor that practices are following internal policies and procedures
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Create and monitor security breach alerts.
Performing penetration testing
Installing and maintaining security software
Installing, setting up and maintaining network hardware and software
Provide training to end users about corporate security

Knowledge and Skills
FORMAL EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
- English language: intermediate
- Comp TIA, Security +, Networks + certifications will be valued.
Experience
- 10 years experiences in IT environment
- 5 years’ experience in Information security
SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
2. Cyber Security principles (firewall, intrusion detection, vulnerability and encryption.
3. Programming knowledge (Power Shell, python, Java Script, etc)
4. Network security control
5. Risk Management comprehension
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₡1,200,000.00 - ₡1,700,000.00 per month
