Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for this role.
Duties
Oversee the daily management of leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Promptly contact potential clients to assess their needs and provide timely responses. - Maintain a detailed database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion. - Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcomes. - Achieve set targets for lead conversion rates and sales figures. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software (Experience with REIsift and Kixie is an advantage) - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
