Funciones del Puesto
 Planning and controlling work on the shop floor
 Determine and assure quality standards
 Preparation and controlling machines and tools
 Supervising work in the shop
 Training and instruction of workers
 Control and follow-up used production times of closed working steps and orders
 Manage of human and material resources 
Support validation processes
 Controlling of production results 
Correction of deviations. 
Responsible for shop floor and of operational safety, safety and health in the workplace, environment protection in the plant and operational hours

Requisitos del Puesto
o Industrial Engineering or appropriate demonstrated experience preferable.
o Related Technical education required.
o Training in metal working or comparable processes
o Spanish and English language
o 5 years or more in similar positions
o Experience in productive process and machine validation
o Experience in personnel management

Experiencia Deseada
5 years or more in similar positions

Habilidades Deseadas
Technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures
