The on-duty Paramedic is responsible for ensuring that appropriate medical care and first aid are provided to all members, employees, and guests when requested and deemed necessary. This position also requires the Paramedic to perform basic security functions, such as patrolling and reporting any security-related anomalies. In addition to their paramedic skills, the Paramedic will ensure safety and medical coverage throughout the property during their shift and provide a rapid response in the event of any reported medical emergencies on or off the property.

• Be attentive, physically and mentally prepared to handle any medical emergency.
• Maintain all paramedic certification requirements as prescribed per CR law
• Be able to communicate in a calm and effective manner when tending to patients.
• Record all pertinent medical information and understand the confidentiality of such information.
• Have good communication skills to up channel and report all medical responses.
• Take care of all medical equipment, to include clinic, ambulance and assigned digital devices.
• Drive ambulance to and from a medical emergency/facility in a safe and responsible manner
• Understand the importance of teamwork and supporting security team with certain assignments.

• Preferably experience in Security, risk management and site security
• 2+ years of experience.
• Skill in the application advanced life support and basic rescue techniques
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the department.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Paramedic certification.
