Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the frontline defender against sophisticated threats targeting our customer’s industrial control systems such as power plants, factories, transportation systems, and more.. You'll blend your expertise in cybersecurity and OT environments to craft and implement advanced threat management strategies, ensuring the resilience and security of our operational technologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Operational Technology (OT) Knowledge: Deep understanding of OT environments, including SCADA systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIo T) technologies like Nozomi, Claroty, Tenable.OT, others).
Familiarity with OT network architectures and protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Ethernet/IP). Configuring, maintaining, and monitoring OT networks and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Strong experience with advanced threat detection and analysis tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.
Proficiency in industry standards and frameworks related to OT security, such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NERC CIP.
Experience with programming or configuring automation tools for security and monitoring purposes.
Proven track record of managing and mitigating security incidents, including identifying root causes, implementing containment measures, and performing post-incident analysis.
Commitment to staying current with the latest developments in cybersecurity, OT security, and emerging threats.
Ability to understand and address the security needs of various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and services that meet organizational and industry standards.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, background working in specific industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, or transportation, where OT systems are critical to operations.
- Organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills are essential

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Advanced English skills
- Experience managing client escalations and working go to green plans
