Funciones del Puesto

• Overall responsibility for operations at ADMEDES S.A. and

responsibility for all technical aspects of the facility with
regards to production, safety and environment.

• Support the CEO of ADMEDES S.A. by preparing fiscal

year budget (by supplying the Finance with personnel-,
invest – and space plan) and periodic estimates and
reports.

• Drive corporate objectives to grow revenue and improve

operational efficiency.

• Develop, plan and implement department goals and

objectives.

• Provide communication, work direction, coaching, training

and guidance for direct reports.

• Work hand in hand with ADMEDES Gmb H/Germany and

ADMEDES Inc./USA teams with regards to project
management, process development, production and
quality system aspects as well as to all functions which are
settled at ADMEDES Gmb H or within the G.Rau Group.

• Making sure that all applied processes lead to the best

execution in terms of quality and economics and that
calculated target process times and yields are being met or
exceeded.

• Develop, validate and implement manufacturing

equipment and processes.

• Develop, implement and maintain engineering and

manufacturing systems and procedures

• Support of NDAs, engineering & supply agreement and

quality contracts in alignment with responsible functions at
Gmb H.

• Technical and economical assessment of customer

inquiries to support offers for prototype- and commercial
production as well as for transfer-, engineering- and
qualification work

• Planning, controlling and execution of customer projects

from the transfer to commercial production. Including all
activities to coordinate qualification of needed processes
to manufacture and inspect the parts.

• Customer communication and interactions in close

alignment with the responsible functions at Gmb H and Inc Requisitos del Puesto

• Completed technical or scientific degree or equivalent, ideally with background/experience in medical

device, bioengineering, or microsystems manufacturing.

• Management and/or project management
